For over 30 years, Matt and Sue Dutt have provided quality student housing in all the best locations.

Family owned and operated, we offer a large variety of housing options that will accommodate your housing needs. We offer everything from our very large eight bedroom homes to three bedrooms and everything in between. 

From our newer homes to the older classic homes you can’t go wrong. All of our places are well-maintained, safe, and provide the amenities you are looking for. 

We were both born and raised in Newark, live locally and care about the condition of our homes and the tenants that live there. We are not absentee landlords and that is good if you want a nice place to live. 
 

Our full-time maintenance staff includes our son Sean, who along with Matt perform quarterly maintenance inspections, along with any repairs that may come necessary during the year. All of this is done to ensure your house is clean, safe, and the systems perform like they should.
